Another cold winter day in Texas. We are expecting a low of 13 tonight with a high of only 31 degrees tomorrow. But, that is ok, as by Friday it will be 52 and in the upper 60's this weekend. SO ..........I can handle 4 days of winter.
We are looking forward to having moms siblings come down. We are expecting them on the 23 for several days. Look out Bowie Texas! The herd will be loose!
Also looks like Roger and his family will be here then as well. We will get to raise the roof!
Mom and Steve were in the final five points of the finish line in a game of cribbage, Mom counted first, and had....zip zero zilch!!!!!! No cigar! Steve has a 26 point hand and another 16 in the crib. What a total waste of points. Second game Mom did woop-up on him. Lots of big point hands. Must be the "every thing is bigger in Texas" thing they talk about!!!
It was fun to listen to them badgering each other back and forth. Allot of laughing was happening at the table.
Thursday we go to see the oncologist again. Prayers are certainly welcomed. Hoping for a great report. I currently have fingers and toes crossed.
We are all looking forward to seeing the pictures the kids took while in Florida. Tressa has reportedly taken more than 1200. Might be an all day photo review to see them all. Should be a great time.
Hope all of you up north are keeping warm Have faith, it will warm up some day next summer! ha ha
